This was so easy and very good but I think it could have had more spice? 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 (3 lb) pork butt roast. The smell as it cooked all day was driving me nuts. Pork shoulder and pork butt are the same cut.
